If arriving by air into Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport take the train into Termini – Rome’s central train station. Exit Termini on Via Marsala (see the map above) and turn left. Continue up Via Marsala, crossing over the main road that runs in front of Piazza Cinquecento then take the first right onto Via Gaeta. The Hotel Windrose is number 39 on the left hand side.

A taxi from Leonardo da Vinci airport before 10pm costs a fixed price of €40.

If arriving by air into Ciampino Airport take the shuttle bus into Termini then follow the instructions above. A taxi from Ciampino airport costs a fixed rate of €30 before 10pm.

In any case it’s advisable not to waste money on a taxi when the hotel is so close to Termini station – the airport links are generally faster and cheaper.
